MCV4U – February 11, 2016

PLEASE NOTE:  I AM AWAY TODAY FROM ALL OF MY CLASSES.  I WILL BE BACK IN CLASS ON FRIDAY FEBRUARY 12.

Here are the instructions for today’s class:

I would like you to click on the two notes below titled “MCV4U – Characteristics of a function” and “MCV4U – Average and Instantaneous ROC”.  Once you have gone through the handouts, I would then like you to do the homework for the remainder of the period (Read page 4, 6 to 8, 17 to 19 and then do page 9 #1,3,4,6,8,9, and pg 20#1(a,c,d), 2c and 18).  You can use the TI-83 Calculators and also the IPads in class today.  Email me directly if you have any questions (abawa@office.ldcsb.on.ca).

Below you will find a copies of the handouts/worksheets that were distributed/assigned in today’s class.

MCV4U – Characteristics of a function (This is the handout that Mrs. Marray gave to her class today.)

MCV4U – Average and Instantaneous ROC (Please read through this note to help you with some of the concepts from MHF4U.)

Also, please note that I have added a new link on the side of the site called “MCV4U textbook”.  If you click on this link, it will take you to the page where you can find the electronic version of the textbook and answers.
