I began the class today by telling the students that I would be doing another lesson on limits today continuing from what we started earlier this week (there was still a concept left to cover). I then gave the students a handout titled “MCV4U – Limits, Sequences & End Behaviour”. I told the students that there were some things from the handout I would just be going over and that they would not have to fill anything in. For the examples that required students to fill things in, we filled them in together as a class using both the black board and the digital projector. Once we finished the lesson, I then told the students to work on the homework I assigned for today (Page 29 #1 to 12). Students are encouraged to email me if they have any questions from the homework ahead of time (abawa@).
Below you will find a copies of the handouts/worksheets that were distributed/assigned in today’s class.
MCV4U – Limits, Sequences & End Behaviour (filled-in answers) (I did some work using the black board and the digital projector to help fill these answers out for the examples from the lesson.)
MCV4U – Examining Fibonacci Sequence Right End Behaviour (I did not have a chance to look over this handout with the students in class today. We will look it over on Tue Feb 16 when the students return back to class. Students are encouraged to read over this handout before coming to class.)
