TEJ3M/TEJ4M – February 18, 2016

I began the class today by telling the students that I would be holding off for the time being on the mouse pencil sharpener assignment (I am still waiting to receive mice from the recycling company).  I will continue with this assignment when the mice come in.

I then told the students that I would be putting them into groups today to work on the next assignment titled “Feb 18 – TEJ3M & TEJ4M – Computer Architecture Report Assignment”.  We received a shipment of computers and monitors from the board office yesterday and the students are going to disassemble and reassemble these computers while completing a report about this process.  Each group is responsible for one report.  This report is to be submitted to the hand-in folder to be marked.  I went over the report with the students at the start of class and then told the students to get started.  There is no due date assigned for the report just yet.

Below you will find a copies of the handouts/worksheets that were distributed/assigned in today’s class.
