I told the grade 11’s (TEJ3M) to work on the worksheet titled “Logic Gates Worksheet Continued” for extra practice. Once the students were finished this worksheet, then I gave them an assignment to do which is the cumulative assignment in the number systems & logic gates unit. If the students are finished everything, then they can click on the Power Point presentation below titled “Intro to Electronics” below and then do the activity titled ”Intro to Electronics Worksheet”. Once the students are finished absolutely everything, they are to go over the example titled “Resistance Example” and then are to do the worksheet titled “Resistance Worksheet”.
The grade 12’s (TEJ4M) are to create new bot with 3 sensors (light, proximity & touch). This new bot will have to complete the second task which is an obstacle course similar to the one they had to do last year for their final project (see picture of obstacle course below). The students can use this same bot when we do “Battle-bots” which will be our third and final task in this unit.
