TEJ3M/TEJ4M – May 27, 2016

PLEASE NOTE:  I AM AWAY TODAY FROM ALL OF MY CLASSES.  I WILL BE BACK IN CLASS ON MON MAY 30.

Here are the instructions for today’s class:

GRADE 11’s (TEJ3M), YOU ARE NOT TO BE WORKING WITH YOUR BREADBOARD TRAINERS OR YOUR ARDUINO BOARDS TODAY PLEASE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT WORKING WITH THIS WHILE I AM AWAY.

Grade 11’s (TEJ3M), you are not to be working with your breadboard trainers or your arduino boards today.  Please make sure you are not working with the electronics while I am away.  I know a few of you have done so while I was away in the past but I do not want to find out that you did when I come back.  I would like you to work on the assignment titled “The Story of Steve Jobs Worksheet” today.  The worksheet is a Word document.  Click on the link (http://allaboutstevejobs.com/bio/timeline.php) to access the timeline to answers the questions on the worksheet.  This should not take you a lot of time.  If you finish, then please try to complete any past work not yet completed or you can work on any unfinished work from another class QUIETLY.  I know there are some of you that did not complete the assignment I gave when I was away last titled “Computer Component Costs – Basic Homework Computer”.  I will post both of these assignments below.

May 27 – TEJ3M – The Story of Steve Jobs Worksheet (This worksheet I am assigning today.  You can email it to me or wait till I come back on Mon May 30 to put it in the hand-in folder.)

Computer Component Costs – Basic Home Computer Excel Document (This worksheet I gave to you the last time I was away which was Apr 29.  You can email it to me or wait till I come back on Mon May 30 to put it in the hand-in folder.)

Grade 12’s (TEJ4M), you can continue to work with your lego mindstorm robots today because you have “battlebots” next week (Wed June 1).  Please use your time wisely.  Also, only 2 of you have completed the obstacle course so if you can also finish this today so I can take a video of your robot completing the course on Mon May 30, then that would be great.  Use your time wisely today and don’t waste it.  I will make sure someone opens up the second cabinet for you.  ALSO, PLEASE CLEAN UP AND DON’T LEAVE THE CLASSROOM IN A MESS.  CLEAN UP ABOUT 10 TO MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD (START TO CLEAN UP BY AROUND 1:15PM).  I posted the lego mindstorm resources below.
